Yo Gabba Gabba

Yo Gabba Gabba puts on one hell of a show. That is all.

Highlight of the show you ask? Oh, maybe it was seeing Biz Markie....ya know the guy who sings
just a friend....so worth it! Everyone was up out of their seats singing, dancing, and going nuts! I'm so glad we went, it was an amazing time.

After the last song "Goodbye" which is the traditional last song of every episode, I look over at Kenz and she is legit sobbing. She was so sad it was over, it's nice to see her really involving herself and getting into something, even if it is Yo Gabba Gabba.  Riley soon followed suit, and we had two sobbing kids on the way out. Regardless, they were happy and ended up talking about it for days after.

Dinosaurs visit Syracuse

This year the Oncenter hosted a Dinosaur exhibit in downtown Syracuse. Since Riley and McKenzie are obsessed with dinosaurs, we figured there was no better way to spend a Sunday. The dinosaurs looked very real; they moved, they roared, and they were breathing. I wasn't sure if the girls would be scared since they looked so alive, but once again they ran in full force with open eyes, ready to learn. I was amazed with their lack of fear. They definitely don't get that strong trait from me.

Kenz was shocked at how big they were....can you tell!?

Have no fear! Daddy is here!

Or Mommy. Mommy is okay too!

Dare you to touch it!

Finding dinosaur bones in the sand....Riley's favorite part!

So glad our niece Lila could spend the day with us! Everything is a little more fun when a cousin is around!

Don't ask.

Lila and her Daddy

Love hands on exhibits!

"Oh hi! My name is Riley, and this is Kenzie, and this is a dinosaur"

Nice face, leave it to Kenz.

Sure! I'll ride a dinosaur!

First time playing mini-golf for the both of them.

By the end of the day we were all tired and ready for a nap. This is the last picture of the day that prompted a full blown meltdown. I love taking pictures of moments like this because I want to remember all the good....with the not so good. I've come to realize that every parents goes through moments like this, no matter how big or small. It's all about capturing each moment, she won't be small like this forever.
