I make this all by sight and feel....but the granola is pretty kick ass
Granola
2-4 cups of oats (depending on how much you want to make)
pinch of cinnamon
1 cup of walnuts
1 cup of almonds
1 cup of dried fruit ( I used dried cherries)
pinch of salt
1 cup of flax seed
1/3 cup of honey
1/3 cup of maple syrup
1/3 cup of oil or I use coconut oil, whatever I really have on hand
1 cup of coconut
Spread out granola on a baking sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Let cook and break up.
You can add peanut butter, chia seeds, raisins, etc whatever you really have at home.
